Jonathan Jeffrey, department head for Western Kentucky University’s Library Special Collections, will present the Osby Lee and Lillian Garrison Memorial Lecture for the Monroe County Historical Society at 5 p.m., on Thursday, April 18, at the Monroe County Courthouse in Tompkinsville, titled “County Fairs and Exhibitions: How Kentucky Fares.”
